Pabasara Bandara is the CEO and Director of Triple Care, bringing strategic leadership, business expertise, and international academic experience to the organisation. He holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a second master’s degree from the University of Bremen, Germany, supporting his vision for sustainable growth and organisational excellence.
Director & Healthcare Consultant
Chulani Thamandika is a Registered Nurse, healthcare educator, and Principal of Lanka Nursing School, Kurunegala, with over 25 years of government healthcare experience. She holds Diplomas in General Nursing, Public Nursing, and Midwifery, and is a registered NVQ Assessor with TVEC. Her expertise supports quality resident care and staff training at Triple Care Senior Residence.

Piyumika Abeyrathne is a Director at Triple Care, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.
